agree to the FastActionProsperity.com refund policy stated below:

and the advertising package that is purchased when a member upgrades,
are effectuated instantly upon purchase. A valid request for a refund
must be given to FastActionProsperity.com within 7 days from purchase
date.
You, the member, become a pro member in the FastActionProsperity.com
program by purchasing an advertising package which automatically
upgrades your account.
FastActionProsperity.com will accept a request for refund as long as
both of the following conditions have been met:
- The user has NOT used any of
the services i.e., used the advertising to gain visitors to your site
by Solo, Text, or Banner Ads, as the services purchased from
FastActionProsperity.com are digital and immediate in nature.
- The user has NOT earned or
received any commission or bonus payouts.
Further, in the event of a refund, the user will forfeit any
commissions or bonuses accumulated as a member of
FastActionProsperity.com, the advertising contained in the upgrade
package, as well as their pro membership and all of their positions in
the program.
Any attempts to acquire a chargeback constitute theft and fraud, and
are grounds for legal prosecution. Purchaser will be liable
for all legal and administrative cost associated with the chargeback
and a minimum penalty of $1,500USD. Plus any unused services shall be
forfeited upon expiration or termination of services.
